We were scheduled to return from vacation the day before the actual closing and moving from our former house to the condo. We were told about reserving the elevator. The last day of our vacation John was told we had to attend orientation training before our move. On moving day, we were told they needed a copy of the deed before we could attend orientation. John handled all these issues for us, which allowed us to enjoy our vacation and concentrate on the move. My wife and I had different priorities for what our next home should have, and John found a condo that we both love.
