HVAC is by three American Standard heat pumps (2008, 2011 and 2014). These cover the west wing, central zone and east wing. The central zone air handler is in the garage, the other two are in the attic. The central zone is a high efficiency system that has a variable speed compressor and a variable speed air handler.
There are Ecobee smart thermostats on the east and west side that average the temperature in each of the rooms, but eliminates a room from consideration if it is currently unoccupied.
There are two gas water heaters (2012 and 2018). There is a hot water recirculation system for the kitchen.
